What data we collect

We only collect the information you provide through the contact or quote request form: name, email address, company name and phone number (if given), the selected service, a budget estimate and the content of your message.

The site uses no tracking cookies. Visitor numbers are measured anonymously without identifying individual visitors.

What we use it for

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage a possible customer relationship. We don't send marketing without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (submitting the form) and on steps taken prior to entering into a contract when you request a quote (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Retention

Quote requests are kept for a maximum of 12 months. If an enquiry leads to a customer relationship, data is retained for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

Recipients and processors

Form messages are delivered to our email by the Resend email service, and the site is served by Cloudflare. These services process data only to deliver the message. We don't sell or share data with other parties.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing jimi@kaukovaikutus.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Security

The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Emails and customer data are stored in services protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.
